‘Minerva’, the Roman equivalent of Goddess Saraswathi, is the Presiding Deity for ‘Learning’, ‘Education’ and ‘Knowledge’ and  it has adopted a Logo symbolizing the ‘Hope and Love’, ‘ Learning and Knowledge’.  While the ‘Star’ in the Logo kindles the ‘Hope and Love’ in a child, the Book signifies the child’s desire to ‘Learn’ and the ‘Lamp’ symbolizing ‘Knowledge’ drives away the ignorance in the child just as the ‘Darkness’ is driven away by the ‘Light’ of the  ‘Lamp’.  The outer shield of the Logo comprehends the ‘Safety and Security’ as the child is exposed itself and progressed through these three stages of life
